The seasons are not the only thing that is slowly changing in Iceland, where a sweet elderly couple lives at the end of the world with their sheep. It is the last season before they can retire, and their children and grandchildren come to help them herd in the sheep. On TV and on the radio, voices talk about time, change and the things that are disappearing. Nature is changing, or maybe it is us who are changing it. The Icelandic artist Yrsa Roca Fannberg's beautiful analogue 16mm footage invites us to reflect about the large and small scales in the relationship between humanity and nature. But it does so with plenty of warmth and humour.
