How long does it take to overthrow a corrupt government? In Armenia, it took 40 days, and it takes place in front of our eyes as we follow the determined opposition politician Nikol Pashinyan in his struggle against the country's corrupt government. In Easter 2018, Nikol decides to walk across Armenia to the capital, in order to gather support against the incumbent prime minister Serzh Sargsyan. A homeless dog accompanies him from the beginning, and soon more and more people join them. With the help of social media, pop songs, traffic blockades and the country's students, Nikol manages to change history and bring about a people's movement for change.
