Now that the physical festival has been cancelled, will you refund the cost of my ticket?

Yes, tickets for film screenings will be refunded in full. If you bought your ticket online, your refund will automatically be transferred to the card used for the transaction. Please note that in the case of a physical ticket purchase, the refund goes through the venue of the event. Therefore, you need to contact the venue to get your refund.

Will I get a confirmation on the cancellation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we process your cancellation. No action is required on your part.

I have already bought a ticket, can I change this into a ticket for an online screening?

No, sadly you can't change your already bought ticket to a ticket for the digital screenings. The refund of your already bought tickets has automatically started, so all you have to do is to buy a new ticket when we open the digital ticket sales.

How does it work to screen a film online?

You purchase a digital ticket for 6 euros per film you would like to watch. Please not that the digital programme will only be accessible for people located in Denmark.

All films will be available throughout the festival (March 18-April 5). There is no schedule for the film screenings, however there is a maximum capacity of 1,000 tickets for each film.

Once you rent a film, you have 5 days to watch it. From the first time you press play, you have 30 hours to finish watching it. If you experience technical problems, please write us at hotline@cphdox.dk.

As an accredited professional (buyer, distributor, press, programmer, industry professional) you will still get exclusive access to our online video market, CPH:MARKET, via Cinando for the duration of the planned CPH:DOX 2020 +30 days (18 March - 28 April). Furthermore, our industry activities, comprising our co-production event CPH:FORUM as well as the five day CPH:CONFERENCE and the training activity CPH:LAB will be carried out digitally to a great extent.

Are you going to host some of the planned talks and debates online?

Yes. A wide array of the selected films have debates, talks and Q&A's attached. Please note that some of these are in Danish. They can be found under each film's bonus material at the online platform.
